- Parking in our garage for one vehicle is covered in your nightly rate
- We are a smoke-free establishment
- Pets are not allowed
- All guests must be accompanied by an adult of 25+
Front Desk
Our Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive after hours, you will pick up your check-in packet from the lock box in the west entryway of the building, between the glass doors, by Lionshead Way.

Parking
When you arrive at 641 West Lionshead Circle, pull up to the gate and buzz the Front Desk. There is a 15-minute loading/unloading zone at the adjacent circle drive where the Town of Vail buses pull in, which is strictly enforced.
Fees & Tax
Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change. Tax is currently at 10.8%.
Resort Fee
All reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services.
Housekeeping
Our housekeepers provide trash and towel service daily. Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean on the fourth day, including a linen change.
Pack n plays are available upon request.
