Excellent location.  Excellent and most attentive professional staff from reception to housekeeping.  Beautiful condominium units.  My family has been going to Vail for the past 30 years, but after discovering Montaneros, it is what makes Vail completely special for us.

The Front Desk Staff were incredible, they remembered our names, volunteered to help with various things, etc.  I couldn’t have asked for more from the staff including the staff in charge of ski locker area  and housekeeping  Job Well Done!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Montaneros - it is in an ideal position for the slopes and the apartment (condo)is superbly furnished and very comfortable.   Everything we wished for.  I must also compliment you on your staff - all of them were efficient, polite, friendly and made us feel at home.  It felt as if nothing would be too much trouble for them to do to help us.  Well done.  And the hot chocolate in the ski room was a prime response to aching legs and feet when the ski boots came off!  I must especially mention Lindsey and Dan from your front desk who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome – even to the point that when we met Lindsey while skiing she still greeted us with a cheery “Hi there the Fishers- enjoy your day” as we swooped past!  She guided me through the complexities of the bus system and where to get off for shopping wtc – a mere simple male me you see, I need the “i”s dotting and the “t”s crossed!  Dan was superb in arranging for some milk to be waiting for us when we arrived (after a hilarious comic mail exchange between us prior to our arrival about the union problems with lactating cows! Very amusing!)   You know what we Brits are like with our tea – it’s very important that it is just right!  And it was.   So thanks again and we look forward to our next visit to Vail which will certainly include the Montaneros!

We love Montaneros and wouldn't look anywhere else.  Dan and Paul are exceptional employees.  Nice storage enjoyed the popocorn & hot chocolate.  Grocery service from staff was great.  Excellent bus service.

I stayed at Montaneros based on reviews in various publications.  The best part of our stay was the service that we received.  Everyone from the main desk to house cleaning was pleasant and professional.  I have stayed at numerous chains (Marriotts, Hiltons, Sheratons, etc) in the past, but have never experienced the type of service that I received at Montaneros.  For example:  check-in and check-out was less than 30 seconds, free tea,coffee and bottled water in the lobby, free indoor parking, free Internet access, etc.

We came up to get away from the summer heat!  It is the perfect temperature up here.  We used the swimming pool and hot tub every day.  We liked the Village location and you were so close to the gondola.  We had a 2 bedroom condominium which worked out well for my family.  The kitchen was great for breakfast & other meals!  Your employees are so nice and made us feel so welcome.  There is a lot to do in Vail - next time we will have to stay longer.

What a great property!  We loved our condominium and mountain view!  The staff is so friendly - my kids learned really fast that if they saw Dan behind the Front Desk they were guaranteed a gummy worm!  The hot chocolate and popcorn machines in the ski room was a nice end of day snack.  The restaurants were all right there so we didn't have to walk far.  We liked the pool and hot tub after skiing.  Thanks for being so nice and for offering a great property, we will tell our friends!
